Payment delays

I made an enquiry about my claim yesterday. The consultant informed me that they app**** for tax directive on 15 Feb 2022 and received it back on 17 February 2022. However, i can expect the money to be paid into my account either end of this week (25 Feb 2022) or some time next week. I am still waiting for a manager to explain the timelines. Once a tax directive received, there should be no reason for the money not to be paid immediately. Why must i wait a possible 2 weeks for money that should have been paid last week already?
