Payment delay

I am so dissapointed with the service im getting,i speak to a different person and everytime i call i get a different story,today the person dealing with my claim,sphiwe mthethwa **** and said the payment was released,but proof of payment cannot be generated,i asked to be transfered to complains department,and that is where i found out that payment was not done,why must they lie about it,and they say sphiwe mthethwa will call me back,i did not even get a call from him/her,no one cares about our needs,and surely that sphiwe mthethwa will not be disciplined for this,how can this sphiwe not be considerate of other poeple,and they always give me 4 working days to prolong the time,im really dissapointed
