Pay Out my money

My name is Abongile Magadla,I was working for Ster-Kinekor Theatres for 1 year 6 months and was fired in May 2019,I then claimed my provident fund at Alexander Forbes in June after I was fired but my money was never payed out when I called them in November to find out why my provident fund was not payed out yet they told me that they never got a payment option(banking details) so I was emailed the payment option form I had to fill and email it back to them and I did exactly as they said.On the 15th November 2019 I got a confirmation email saying the got my banking details and will process my claim but until today I haven't got my money yet and it is now another year,when I call them to find out why they haven't paid my money yet they just say they don't know why I'm not payed as I have submit Ted all the relevant documentations.I'm so disgusted by this coz it shows that they do not care about their clients and this is my money they need to give me what's mine
