Pay out delayed

I am writing this report as my final attempt with regards to my pension pay out. I have been waiting for more that 18 weeks for my pension pay out. I have been taken from pillar to post with no exact time frame as to when I should expert my pay out. I have called the call centre many times with no help and being referred back to my previous employer of which they send me back to Alexandra Forbes. I am at my wits end and my debt us pilling up and I still have zero indication as to when I will be receiving my pay out, I have sent a number of emails to the fund administrator but he tells me in a few days but weeks later I am still without my pension. This has been going on for a while, what is frustrating is the fact that people who left way after me have received their payout on time in less than 6 week. What is really going on with my fund and why do i keep on being **** to by AF? I need my money to be paid immediately. I will be referring this matter to the Ombudsman as this is abuse of power and negligence.
