Pay my pension

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in the service Alexander Forbes is providing. I have left my previous employer last year 20th June 2025 and I was supposed to get my pension fund maximum 8 weeks the mentioned date. But up to date i have not received a single cent of my pension. I have been back and forth with them and all this has just brought me emotional and mental breakdown. They have claimed that it was paid but i was not as i went to SARS and they confirmed that no money has been paid by Alexander Forbes to them. I have spoken to Pedrom Callister since last year and till today my money has not been paid. I want my hard earned money paid into my account and I want to be compensated for all the stress you have caused me. I would never recommend anyone to use your services. It is not the 1st time im writing to hellopeter about this matter and this how little care they have for their clients as this matter is still unresolved.
