Pay me my money.
I left my company in July & all necessary documentation was provided. I was even copied on the communication. On the 23rd September (a couple of weeks after the claim was sent through) AF sent me an sms acknowledging receipt, I called them today to find out & now they claim to have received my documents on the 25th September 2019. These days keeps on be moved as they please, the money hasn’t been moved to the new financial provider nor paid out to me.
