Pathetic service!!! Will never recommend this company to anyone ever!!!

Absolutely pathetic service !!!!

Have never been so frustrated !!!! Been waiting a year for a death benefit of my mom to pay out and its still not sorted we dont get responses at all, theytold me a month ago the proof of banking details we send them are fine. A month later now and now suddenly there is a problem.. cant they let you know earlier??? To top it all the manager Riche is just as rude!!!! Trying to tell him that his employees could have told us earlier there is a porblem with the bankinf details and he tells me "well your proloning it if you dont send me that stuff today" What kind of service is that??? Not eveb to speak about the fact that this should have been paid out a year ago and still we are waiting.. we got a lawyer to reviewe the papaers rhat said it should have been apid out already and according to the manager Richie the laywer is wrong the money cant be paid out yet because of a tax reference number.. But on the papers it said whether we get the refrence number or not it will be paid out.... You guys are proloning this. You are not makinf it any easier to get over a loss of a mother and wife.... its absolutely pathetic.

Almost a month later still have not received my money , thato does not respond to your calls or emails, the manager Richi or something like hat is even ruder then the staff !! Think its rime to take this to the onmbutsman seeing that alexander forbes is clearlt not intested in resolving this issue at all!!
