Pathetic Service from Alexandra Forbes!!

I made a Pension Fund withdrawal in Sept 2020 and to date my money is not in my account. The Call Center does not pick up calls. I was promised it will take 4 to 6 weeks but still nothing. Pathetic service I am cancelling my car insurance with you as well!
