Pathetic service from Alexander Forbes

My office has started corresponding with Alexander Forbes on the 7th of June with regards to a transfer. It has been a ridiculous back and forth of emails and telephone calls and we are simply getting nowhere!!We have been promised an ROT more than a week ago and have received absolutely NOTHING!! Every time we call the consultants have a different story, an new excuse,emails that was apparently sent but never received on our side.We can never speak to a manager as they are never available.We have a client that is asking questions on the time delay and we simply do not know what to say anymore.I have never known AF to be so pathetic on service. This was the one company I preferred working with but this current issue has altered my opinion totally. I need someone to contact me urgently to resolve this issue as this is beyond ridiculous!
