Pathetic service!!!!

Poor service!!! Pathetic service!!! I would like to really express my utter disappointment with Alexander Forbes, I asked for my absa pension fund money to be transferred from absa to standard bank 2 months ago.i keep getting empty promises and nothing gets done!!!! I demand that someone from management calls me and sorts this thing out by 07/04/2026 no later than 4pm!!! Or else I will put an interest claim against Alexander Forbes and lay a formal complaint with the ombudsman!!! How many times should I complain without any action from you???!!! This is the worst service I have ever received from any company!!! My ID *** sort this ******* out and fast!!!
