Pathetic Service
I have joined a new employer and requested a transfer of my funds in January 2022. I received a request to submit supporting documents, I had done so and that was it. Sent several followup emails and they don't respond. Its seems as though there is no care for their clients. Communication with Alexander Forbes is pathetic. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
