Pathetic Service

I am extremely disappointed with the services of AF and I have been unable to transfer my PPF which I have trying to do for the past 6 months. Their contact centre is the most frustrating system I have ever encountered and is an absolute waste of time, money and effort. I can now relate to the frustrations of other dissatisfied clients
