Pathetic Service - Alexander Forbes Financial Services.

The WORST service I have ever experienced from an insurer!!. After three months in and out of the hospital, incredible physical challenges to walk again and mountains of medical admin to complete since my accident, I still had to constantly follow up with several individuals in every single division at Alexander Forbes to resolve my third-party claim. NO feedback unless you make the effort. NO attention to detail, NO sense of URGENCY or OWNERSHIP to resolve a claim. They simply blame any unnecessary delay on the third-party insurer, refer you to another person who also ignores your case, or they dump a detailed process document in your inbox whether it is applicable to you or not. I finally had to get hold of the other insurer myself and liaise with them directly. When I finally got hold of the legal representative at Alexander Forbes to discuss the fact that I once again completed the work on their behalf, he didn't have anything to say. He simply states in his mail that they recovered fees and require my bank detail. Horrible horrible horrible experience. If I didn't make it out alive, my case would probably never be completed. Good luck if you left your previous insurer for them.
