Pathetic service. Alexander forbes
Pathetic customer service. I have been promised my withdrawal payout weeks ago and to date it hasn't even been processed. Colleagues of mine been paid out 1st week of Jan and they keep giving me their bull of a story each time. Their employees never call you back as promised. Namely a gentleman named NEO/NEYO AND A FEMALE NAMED LEAndra.. . I have made numerous calls and no joy out of these people. PLEASE DO NOT USE ALEXANDER FORBES. THEY WILL MAKE YOU HANG!!!
