Pathetic service
App**** for a withdrawal on 6 September. It took them 2 weeks to request documents which was 19 September. I've responded and followed up 4 times thereafter. Called in on the 26th. Was advised that payment will be done within 30 days from the 6th. On the website it shows on assessment for the past 12 days. STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS. What's happening????
