Pathetic service
I am appalled by the service I have received thus far I submitted a claim about 8 weeks ago and when I called in today to find out what's the hold up I was advised that they only received all the documents in the 14th of SEPTEMBER!!!! and I have to wait an additional 4-6 weeks??? What kind of service is this? I that would be a total of 12-14 weeks!!! I will never use your services and I would advise all my friends to use another service provider if this the sort of service one recieves
