Pathetic service
Most pathetic service ever have been waiting for a payout for the past month still nothing documents were submitted was suppose to receive payment within 14 to 21 days we passed that. How long do I have to wait for my provident payment. I resigned in April already and documents was submitted on the 5th of May no communication from you guys unless we call but you wait forever on the line and receive the same answer.
I would like to be assisted and urgently why do you have yo beg or keep calling for you guys to just action the claim.
