Pathetic service

<p>I called in two weeks ago to be told that they had recieved all documents and that it would be paid in two weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>I call back three weeks later only to find that the payment had be cancelled in error on their side and requested again therefore resulting in me waiting again for another two weeks for the payout.</p> <p> </p> <p>After trying to communicate this with the call centre agent, who was complete ******** and arrogant, she decided to keep quiet on the phone for several minutes whilst i awaited for a reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thereafter she decided to raise her voice at me and give me attitude. the problem is yet to be resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic and disgusting service!!!</p>
