Pathetic service!
I've been calling and everyday I get a different story. How long do I have to wait for you guys to pay my provident fund? As per the last consultant I spoke to, my tax directive was received exactly a week ago from today. So all that needs to be done is for you guys to pay the money into my account, and yet I am still waiting. This is ridiculous! Such pathetic service from you guys!
