Pathetic Service

In 2016 i was contacted by a tracing agency on behalf of Alexander forbes with regards to a unclaimed benefit from Triton Express.

The lady that assisted me from the tracing agency was amazing so i don't need to mention their name, but once all my documents were handed over to Alexander forbes I've had no response ever since, i had to keep calling in for the last 3 years to get answers.

I was promised everything would be sorted within 6 months but obviously its Alexander forbes way to actually tell you that you must call them and beg because they have more important things to do!

I contacted them everyday until 2018 where i was told again to wait 6 months, its 2019 just over a year still nothing until i had ti contact them once again in April 2019 and was told i was supposed to be called because of something thats outstanding.

I was told to contact the company where the benefits were from to get the letter (Triton Express) which i did, the lady from HR emailed A.Forbes and Cc'd me and then A. Forbes is now saying that they have no records (according to Darien from Alexander Forbes ). Im sick and tired of calling and having to beg this is so ****ing pathetic
