Pathetic Service

I changed Jobs and submitted my claim in September, to date I haven't received my money. When I call to make follow ups they always tell me they can't see what is the problem and they will get back to me of which that never happens. There is no communication from them and when I do contact them I will be sent from pillar to post but end up not getting an answer. Their service is pathetic, if there was a negative star I would have rated them as such! If your company is using Alexander Forbes as your provident fund administrator ask your employer to change it because you will struggle to get your provident fund.
