Pathetic Service

Alexander Forbes has not paid out my withdrawal. The customer complaints liason takes their time to get back to me, I've wasted so much airtime to try and get assistance regarding my withdrawal. It's been 4 months since I left my previous employer and there's no payout. I can't be waiting any more months to receive my payout, you've had more than enough time to get authorization for my payment from my previous employer, I can't be doing that for you as it is not my job.

They keep referring to not being able to reach my employer to complete a form, a form I was only told about 3 months after claiming, why was this not provided immediately after receiving my claim or the many times I've followed up with you guys? I'm not sure if it's a case of incompetence or pure negligence. It's been 4 months of not receiving my payout and unfortunately that has landed me in a lot of debt, you might not care but this is unacceptable, you're playing with people's lives.
