Pathetic service

Today again the payment is still not done by alexander forbes , I think there is a big problem . This inconveniences the children . Complaints have been done on the Facebook platform even last month and this month again parents are complaining.

Can someone explain what is happening and can other trust fund companies with excellent service raise your hands and approach companies and people.
