Pathetic Service

I resigned from my company and last working day was 31 March. On the 14th of May my previous company only submitted my documents and I completed the claims form on the 17th of May. Each time I phone and get told my claim is still in process. Till today (27 June 2022) I am still waiting and now all of a sudden the phone is put down in my ear every time.
