pathetic service

<p>I have been battling to get my provident fund from this company.I got a message last week at 5pm about a bank validation rejection of which wasn't my banks fault or myself.When I called on Monday I was told my funds will be released on Wednesday.Wednesday came and I never got the funds and told I would get it by Friday.Friday came and I was told I will recieve next week Tuesday.I have never got a satisfactory answer from AF and the funny thing is that they are the ones who are making the mistakes.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the first time people have complained about the same matter and their sense of urgence is disgusting.Surely after numerous complaints someone must start doing what they are paid for but it seems this will never change.Honestly I will never use or recommend AF to anyone</p>
