Pathetic service

I've been waiting for my pension payout for months now and everytime I call, I get to their answering machine and if I chose to speak to a consultant, you get thru to Elizabeth who knows zilch. They might as well call the company, Elizabeth Forbes since she's the only person available everytime you wish to speak to a consultant. For those companies planning to take over their pension funds to Alexander Forbes, I say don't because you just going to frustrate your employees. The service is pathetic.
