Pathetic Service....

I have been trying to call Alexander Forbes for more than a week now, You hold forever after selecting the options,. is there even anyone to help us. I have just read the reviews and noticed I am not alone, what kind of a ****a shop are they running. your service is very, very poor guys. I need an update on my claim, its almost Christmas and kids are hungry. I emailed, requested a call back but still nothing. shouldn't the client be a priority? to think that I wanted to reinvest with them.
