Pathetic service

I have been submitting documents to these people to claim my share from my divorce since 2019 and I get the acknowledge of receipt back ,however I get told when I follow up that no documents were recieved I submit again then they eitha want a new bank statement or they seem to find some issue not sure what kind of unprofessional services they are running but apparently I'm not the only person that this has happend to this is by far the worse eva
