Pathetic Serves and empty pormises
Good day
Why is it so difficult to get any feedback or response from Alexander Forbes? Why make promises you can't keep? I want to know to whom can I complain about the service of one of your employers/agents that is totally ignoring me, making promises of pension that will be paid out and then never happens? I contacted S Sch on the 10th of February this year in connection with my pension, and then then on the 4th of March again. Only then did he reply. On two separate Whatsapp messages he promised that my pension will be paid out on the 25th of March. Still nothing. Tried to Whatsapp him again (twice) this morning and still no response.
Please help!!!
