Pathetic Investment company.

First of all, i think Alexander Forbes are the worst investment company to use. I left a job in 2012, and never knew i had a provident fund with them. In 2015 the company i worked for, tracked me down and told me i have unclaimed funds at Alexander Forbes. I then started the claims procedure. At first Alexander Forbes said, i do not have a profile with them. Then suddenly now in 2019, when i wanted to claim my Tax, my efiling stated that i have received money in February 2019 from Alexander forbes, which is untrue. I called Alexander forbes and they said that they know my money hasnt been paid as yet, because they havent finalized it. I asked them to finalize it, because i cannot claim my tax, as i need a tax certificate from Alexander Forbes. I called day after day, week after week, and they kept on telling me that my profile is with the payments department and they will keep me posted. I used R500 worth of airtime on Alexander forbes in the past month, just to find out where my money is. They now state that i need to provide them with a previous marriage certificate ( which is invalid by the way) because i re-married after my divorce in 2012. They said they dont want my new marriage certificate, they need the old one. ( Which is nul in void, because i got divorced, and re-married someone else) Home affairs cant even help with the previous marriage certificate, as i no longer have that marriage, and has a new marriage. I then told them i can only sent my divorce papers, because i submitted my previous marriage certificate to court , when we got divorced. But still, they want that certificate. I called them again on Friday 26 July 2019, and told them that i have sent my divorce papers to them, on Monday, but then the guy told me, they dont know if the divorce papers will work, but they havent sent it to admin yet, and will sent it now, and see what they say. I mean, this is pathetic, its my money, and they keep on trying to NOT PAY IT... I dont know what to do anymore. Should i report them to someone, or get a lawyer?
