Pathetic, horrible and annoying service

Pathetic, horrible and annoying client service.

Since 16th February 2024, I've been following up every 3rd day, on my Provident fund claim. Each time I'm told they are still waiting for my final contribution from my employer, back office will follow up and revert to me within 72 hours but ti date that call has not reached me. I called back, got to be told my query wouod be escalated to the Team leader, I will be called within 48 hours, that also never happened.

Weeks went by, calling getting the same irritating story - at some point I was told the contribution had been received, they will start disinvestment I must call back in 4 days, later in the week when I called same old story "my final contribution has not been received from the employer".

When I finally confirmed with Payroll Manager from my ex-employer. She confirmed funds were paid to Alexforbes.

But still when I call Alexforbes, the same story continues that they are still waiting for the final contribution - waiting, exactly that's what they are doing - WAITING! No initiative or whatsoever to reach the employer to follow up or to align. Literally, for the past month, I've been playing the above game.

With latest being today - told the same thing. I guess next week the same game will continue.
