Pathetic!!!

I must say the service I have been getting is pathetic, I've been sent from pillar to post, holding for as long as 30 minutes for someone to tell me they'll look into my case, I got a receipt of acknowledgement that they've received my claim in August, 25... till this day I haven't seen my money. People withdraw from their funds for different reasons and I feel AF has been inconsiderate. Why do I need to wait for 2 months to get my money? I want my money, I have waited, called and begged for assistance. Now I want my money. If there's been any discrepancies I should have been told but it had to take for my previous employer to enquire and then only did you come up with an excuse. I want my money Alexander Forbes, somebody is obviously not doing their job.
