Pathetic Customer Service, Pensions.

I have been trying for many months now to try and contact Alexander Forbes regarding a pension payout. I have filled in all the correct claim forms and emailed them on three occasions in 2020 and 2021. When you do eventually get through to them you get chased around from pillar to post. Last year when someone did actually speak to me they said they did have all my forms and information and I will soon be hearing back from them, a few weeks they claimed. It is now heading towards the end of April 2021 and I still have not heard from them. Currently I do not recommend anyone to use this company for any financial service as they do not seem to care about their customers at all.
