PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ....NO REPLY TO MY EMAIL

The worst customer service ever. I have sent an email and phoned their contact centre but to no avail . As per my email to you,could someone clever enough reply to my email and provide solid feedback to my email. l have provided you with all the necessary information required for you to retrieve my details that l have unclaimed benefits due to me. Your prompt response is badly needed here as l need to move forward and get done with this ASAP!
