PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
Most pathetic company . The customer service is non existent. I've spent hundreds on airtime and cannot get through to the call centre. I've sent multiple emails and don't get any response. Is there anyone even working for aforbes ???? How do I get assistance ???? My claim was logged the 15 September and the line is still grey nothing has moved. My policy has disappeared 2 days ago .
