PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

i was in a vehicle accident in the mid of Aug 2018, Alexander forbs client, Patrick Manale drove into me from behind. i have had no luck for the passed 5-6 months. William Mabuela, Solomon Makena Claim number - 778/738160 nothing at al , no calls no replies nothing. this is absolutely pathetic from a huge company that pride themselves on customer service. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Solomon from the legal department tells me that i have to keep following up to see if the matter has been signed off by management and i should be patient, i have been waiting for 6 months, driving with a smashed car as i have no other way of transport. he tells me that i should pay my insurance access or be patient.
