Pathetic claims service

Alexander Forbes is the worst company I ever had to deal with, my parents who are over 50 years old were taken for a ride by this pathetic company, my house was broken into 2 months ago my family and I were out for supper and my house was burgled something that we don't have control over... We have a driving school however it's not run from my house we only do the books in the tiny office that we have at the back of my house in the same property, under no circumstances does clients come to my house further more my mum was not asked the proper questions when the sale or rather the point of policy inception took place regarding the security features of my house, the assessor which was sent to my house was Mr Gavin Smith who I personally feel that he came to find reasons to decline my claim rathar than help us that is what we take insurance for we take it for assurance that we are covered if God forbid something unforeseen happens as we all work hard for our belongings, this assessor walks into my home and makes a coment that "he finds it hard to believe that we had so many things in our small house and also he finds it hard to believe that we don't have any slips" on the point of sale my mum was not asked for slips if this was the case we would not of taken up the insurance reason we took up insurance was because our area crime rate picked up drastically, Alexander Forbes now DECLINES my claim for reasons I don't see fit eg my driving school which has nothing to do with anything and my office at the back not having a burglar bar and that question was never asked even if that was the problem they should of atleast covered the stuff that was ****** from my house that is what we take insurance for. I don't wish for anyone to be insured by this company thay are full off bull**** I want someone to call me and speak to me not my parents I want to get to the bottom of this and trust me if Alexandra Forbes thinks they can play with old people they have another thing coming as for Mr Gavin Smith he never takes my calls nor replies to my messages... I am definitely taking this up further
