Pathetic Claims Department
I have never experienced such incompetence. Their claims department is pathetic and *****. I left my previous job last year January and made a claim in June. Every time I call to ask the status of my claim I’m always told that my query has been escalated. It’s 2021 and I still haven’t received my funds. This company is a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional.
