Pathetic admin and customer service

Worst company I've ever had to deal with. I've been black listed I've been evicted my other policies has collapsed due to being told that it's in process or the payment options aren't attached. My colleague got his money in 3 weeks here I am resending my things every week for 4 months calls are made and lies are fed to me instead. Having worked in the same industry myself I'm surprised shareholders haven't taken the time to train their staff. I will be taking this further I've lost too much waiting for my money
