Pathetic

I did a payout claim on the 6 th april. After so many emails to B Msomi I decided to send to the info box. When I finally got a call this person said they have not received my documents and maybe this Msomi didn't process. She was so unprofessional and could not answer any of my questions. I now understand why they have so many complaints. They take people for granted and do not care at all. When I asked my previous HR manage thy clearly told me that I have to follow up or they will never respond. Do you really enjoy people talking about your company like this???
