Outstanding payout

I received a call from ICTS tracking company about an unclaimed retirement fund from Bidvest SA. I submitted all necessary documents on the 11th May 2015. I was informed that Alexander Forbes will be handling the payments I followed up with and each time I was given a specific date the pay-out never came through. The last time I called in August I was assured that the payment will most definitely reflect by the 15th September. I'm still waiting, will someone please let me know what's going on.
