Outstanding Customer Service

<p>I would like to give a Huge thank you to Rozanne Harbin for her outstanding service in dealing with my funeral claim. After the unfortunate passing of my uncle on 15/07/2016, I called the claim number and spoke to Rozanne. She explained what is needed to process the claim. Even though the assesing department took longer than the 48 hour TAT, she kept me updated on the progress till the claim was paid out. She was sympatheic and curtious to my needs.
