Outstanding claim payout

I resigned from my previous company at the end of February this year, my claim was received by Alexander Forbes on the 13th March 2015 According to their lady at their call centre it takes 4 to 6 weeks to process a claim. I have sent emails for follow up until a week ago i got a response informing me that they will be sending an urgent email to the claims Administrators department for a response, to date i have received no response not even any reasons for the delay? Now i know that this cannot be a tax problem as my tax is up to date for the previous tax year.
