O.M.G!!! I don't know why my company chose them...

I had been contacted by a Company reminding me about an unclaimed benefit that is with Alexander Forbes. I filled all forms and sent everything that was needed to accompany them....and that is when my problems started. At first, weeks went by with them claiming to not have received my letter. On the third week, they said they found it and will be sending things to SARS for a Tax Directive. Weeks went by with them not contacting me, until I called them and they told me my tax details had a problem, I should contact SARS. SARS informed me my details were fine, it is just A.Forbes people sent incomplete info. They did not include my ID number, they fixed that and told me all will be well going forward. On the 9th week I called them and I was then informed that they cannot process my claim as I have not sent them any confirmation that I was with my previous company. This is info they know and this is info they never requested. Even today I still have not received the claim due to me and I don't know when I will receive it. This is just a sad case, it is as if they just want to keep my money to themselves yerrr!
