Not trustworthy
I am highly dissapointed in the service an treatment I have received from Alexander Forbes
I lost my job a few months back and the company I worked for has a retirement fund for their employees so 10 weeks ago I submitted my forms to my previous work place and recieved confirmation that they have submitted the forms to Alexander forbes and that the waiting period for my payout is 6-8 weeks
Now 10 weeks laters I have emailed AF multiple times requesting an update on this matter , I have been thrown from one hopeless contact agent to the other
No one seems to have an actual answer for me
I am disgusted by this
