never again will I trust people you think you can trust with YOUR money. shardra is the admin girl that was supposed to handle my claim and make sure I get paid out as per Alexander forbes policy and procedure. needless to say this did not happen and after being told by her collage that she said she will phone me after lunch and never did I took matters into my own hands. I have been told that I would have my money today 16/10/2015 and phoned Alexander forbes numerous times to follow up on this only to find out that shardra has gone home and that she did not do her work, I also found out that my money should have been paid into my account a long time ago by her team leader, Luciana, who helped me better than what she did. well needless to say my birthday was ruined by them, not Luciano, and did I have to take the embarrassment and tell my friends and family not to come over. thanks Alexander forbes for treating me like **** and have no respect for me. I will never trust you again and will show people away from you to go do their financial business else where. you have shown me now that financial matters aren't for you.
