Not sure if my preservation funds still exists 😭 - Unable to reset AFCONNECT password

Hello Peter,

I forgot my AF Connect password for my online account view and requested an online reset. I received an error message stating that the password reset link could not be sent to my Gmail. When I select my mobile number, I get a message that the reset link has been sent, but I realised that one digit was omitted from my mobile number, so the link does not reach me. I escalated the issue to various Alexforbes and Glacier escalation email addresses. What puzzles me is that the Call Centre agent who responded does not seem to have my mobile numbers nor email address, whereas Alexforbes always sends me annual and quarterly statements to my Gmail address. I received an email survey to rate the service when I am not being assisted.

I have been in need of help since 26 April 2026. This is the worst service I have ever received from a financial institution. I am not sure if my preservation funds still exist. I am in dire straits.
