Not so helpful Administrators

Good day,

I find it the worst to have to do this on this platform as I usually like to resolve such issues discreetly. I am amazed at the lack of empathy from the administrators who apparently don't have phones at their desk and only work off an email queue. I have been calling in since 25th June as I left my employ at my previous company and because the management which I worked with for many years was so disturbed that I moved on they decided to withold my salary and commission this I know has absolutely nothing to do with you hence me asking for empathy. I've spoken to so many people in the call centre I get told I will send a personal email, I've had absolutely no correspondence, except when I call in. Please is there someone that is able to assist me in this regard someone that can actually do something. Many thanks
