Not receiving my OTP
Ive been trying to access my af account since Wednesday and its not sending me my OTP both on my number and emails. Ive been filling in the online form to get assistance no one has contact me. From 8am this morning ive been calling they call center get assistance all im told someone will call me or reply to me asap. Im no longer willing to wait coz my account keeps on saying it locked i should try after mins. The past two hours there is no joy.
