Not Paying Pension

Keep going back an forth with the same issues. My employer created 2 records for my pension. AF keeps telling me they will pay in the next 7-14 days it has already been 3 months from the time i left my previous employer.<br> I am at the point of pursuing legal action and going to the Ombudsman to try and get my money. None of the cal center staff seem to know what is going on and repeat the same thing to me. I logged a complaint on the 11/01/16 and i am yet to receive feedback. Agent does not know why no one has contacted me. Very very dissapointed with the level of service from AF. They are way beyond the legal timelines to pay and i cannot seem to speak to anyone senior just the call centre staff who as i previously mentioned do not have any authority to do anything.<br>
